Get fit on holiday!

In many countries worldwide it is Summer and it is a great time to think about getting fit and in shape. If you're going on holiday use your time abroad to do some exercise. Go swimming, play beach games, go walking, and enjoy the nightlife, clubbing and dancing. You'll find you'll get in shape in no time and all the sun and fresh air helps to make your skin look good as well. Many popular tourist resorts have sports and other activities included in their daily programs. You could go windsurfing, water skiing, paragliding, scuba diving or take a bike or walking tour.

Plus a lot of hotels have fitness and water aerobics classes everyday and even arrange team games like water polo. And if you don't like the idea of doing any exercise on your holiday, just going swimming everyday in the sea or pool will help you get fit. Going out at night and going clubbing is great for keeping in shape, so whatever you do on holiday, you're almost guaranteed to be working out and getting fit!!
